  • Answer incoming customer calls and promptly follow up on web inquiries to maximize service department scheduling;
  • Review customer service history prior to calls to provide a personalized experience;
  • Schedule, confirm, and accurately log appointments into the system;
  • Actively participate in maintaining and updating customer database records and generating activity reports.

Customer Satisfaction Tracking

  • Conduct follow-up phone calls with service customers within 24 hours of their visit;
