Your Mandate

Support sales representatives with client accounts, step in during negotiations, and ensure the efficient, profitable closing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily sales floor activities;
  • Meet with sales representatives, review client files, and establish follow-up priorities;
  • Assist the team with negotiations and close deals;
  • Ensure fast, high-quality customer follow-ups;
  • Monitor CRM usage and track the progress of every lead;
  • Appraise trade-in vehicles and authorize proposed values;
  • Source, negotiate, and purchase pre-owned vehicles;
  • Prepare schedules and maintain proper sales floor coverage;
  • Enforce Trois-Rivières Toyota's work methods, policies, and procedures;
  • Handle customer situations requiring management intervention;
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance, Service, and Parts departments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrated personnel management experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written fluency in both French and English;
  • Strong proficiency with SERTI, Merlin, Smaaart, and Activix software;
  • Inspiring leadership, sharp business acumen, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Answer incoming customer calls and promptly follow up on web inquiries to maximize service department scheduling;
  • Review customer service history prior to calls to provide a personalized experience;
  • Schedule, confirm, and accurately log appointments into the system;
  • Actively participate in maintaining and updating customer database records and generating activity reports.

Customer Satisfaction Tracking

  • Conduct follow-up phone calls with service customers within 24 hours of their visit;
  • Gather customer feedback to evaluate and monitor overall satisfaction levels;
  • Immediately notify management of any complaints or customer dissatisfaction;
  • Maintain detailed records of customer issues, including vehicle model, service date, issue nature, and resolution steps;
  • Produce monthly reports tracking overall customer satisfaction rates.
